Inner Voice of God

Sometimes, we worry over something.

We fret over it.

We looked inside for an answer and none came.

Everything shrouded in darkness.

We turned to God, looked at him and asked him for help.

And still nothing.

We continue to pray, keeping our faith.

And then the light breaks through the darkness.

We experience a feeling of peace.

And that is the voice of God,

Assuring us all is fine, all will be fine.

He is with us.

We rest in that peace,

We treasure that peace,

And we thank God for his answer to our prayers.

What is the language of God?

He does speak to us through our minds.

But often it is through these inner feelings of peace, wellbeing.

Or an inner feeling of assurance,

Where the worries, anxieties simply fade away.

And we know from that clearing, all is fine, all will be fine.
