That part is where there is silence  and rightness of action.

Where you are less influenced and affected by other thoughts.

Or by fears.

It is operating from the deeper part of you.

Yes, there is a deeper part of you. 

Your real Self.

In your deeper part, truth prevailed.

There is silence, peace and integrity.

That part of you is whole,

Not given to and affected by your exterior self 

which can be influenced and affected by things around you,

For instance, fear and darkness.

Go deep within you and yes, you feel it, peace and bliss inside.

That is the state of your deeper natural being.
