How do I practice oneness?
In theory, it is easy.
We are all one,
Hence what I do to another, I do to myself.
It is a lot harder practicing it.
Due to love of self.
In the end, how am I doing it?
Jesus' command, love thy neighbor as thyself helps.
However, it is the precept,
do to others what you would have them do to you
which hold sway.
When I see how an action of mine could bring joy, relief, benefit or gain to another,
It brings me joy.
And that is what help me today in learning how to live the Oneness.
