Self healing

One moment I was fine.

The next, I experienced vertigo threatening.

I continued my tasks, taking care not to trigger it.

And it got triggered.

I did an easy exercise to help my vertigo,

Which made it worse.

I quickly lay on the bed and felt completely sick.

My eyes rolling, room spinning.

My heart started palpitating and I felt nauseous.

I started working with my breathing,

Striving to calm my body down.

Which was in complete revolt.

You believe your body is able to heal itself.

Here is your chance to prove it.

I prayed to Archangel Raphael, to Jesus.

Asking my spirit team to help me.

After a while, I noticed energy harnessed at the area of my third eye chakra.

I remembered spirit teaching me to harness my energy there,

And focus that energy on healing.

Aiming the energy like a sword in healing.

I did that. Every time the energy coalesce at that area.

I concentrate on that energy, aiming it at my vertigo.

After around an hour, much to my surprise my vertigo eased.

together with the nausea.

I lay there, afraid to move, in case it was an illusion.

It was not.

My vertigo left me. 

I got out of bed and went to get something to eat.

However, it was not until twenty hours later, 

that I healed completely.
