How do you overcome fear?

Fear is not easy to overcome,

by its very effect of paralyzing us, paralyzing our minds.

How do scammers get their victims to stop thinking so they can get them to do anything?

With fear.

In an abusive relationship, what is the method applied?

fear.

To control the masses, what is the tool used?

Fear.

How do you overcome fear?

By going within.

By recognizing who you truly are.

Look to saints and sages,

They are brave in the midst of storms and distress.

Why?

Because they realize their true nature.

They recognize the fact they are spirits.

Anything can be done to their physical self,

their spirit is left untouched.

for spirit do not die.

When you realize the truth, you do not die, you cannot die,

it gives you the strength and ability to soar above fears.

How do we arrive at that realization?

By getting into contact with your real self?

How do you do it?

By silence, by meditation.

By silencing the outer voice so you are able to hear your inner voice.

By reaching out to God, the Infinite Creator,

who is in you.

Who lies dormant in the hearts of money.

Awaken yourself that you are able to hear him.

What is he?

He is you and you are him.

Hence you have strength and power unparalleled.

If only you recognise that face and are able to use it.

If you do not know what you are, how are you able to use it?

If you have a sword in your hand but do not know that you have that sword in your hand,

Would you be able to use it?

No.

So also you have first to realize and recognise that power and then you would be able to soar above.

And conquer your fears.
