How i channel

 As much as he was into channeling, reading every book he could find on it, my husband never tried it.

Most likely because like most of us, the thought of engaging in channeling never occurred to him.

I would never have thought about it, were it not suggested to me at a channeled session.

And if I can do it, anyone could.

I am not one of those psychics or channelers with psychic abilities from young.

I developed my psychic abilities as a result of infused contemplation.

Hence, I am in awe of those who have those abilities from a young age.

One thing that helps me greatly with trance channeling is the force in my head.

When I first experienced God,

I experienced him as a Force, a live Force in my head.

It was largely how I experienced him.

After I left the monastery, I was never free from this force in my head.

I saw several doctors about it and even went for a CT scan.

Everything came out normal.

I learned to live with it.

One reason I know it is not to due to physical causes is the fact,

It is a live Force.

The breakthrough came when I asked an entity in a channeled session about this force in my head.

He told me I was going through a remarkable awakening.

That I had awakened in other lifetimes.

He paused, and went on to tell me,

That was rather unusual and usually reserved for ascended masters.

That the force in my head is the ascended masters trying to push me up one level.

And they have hope and confidence I would do it.

The answer left me in awe.

I soon found, I am able to sense energies around me with this force in my head.

With my spirit team, it is a nice euphoric feeling pushing upward from my third eye chakra.

With the archangels, it is a force at my crown chakra with tingling in the middle of the crown of my head.

With Jesus, it is a very strong energy at my third eye chakra, pushing downwards.

With Archangel Metatron, it is a viselike grip on the upper portion of my head.

I would channel the energy I am experiencing or call in an entity I like to channel that day.

My usual mode of channeling was getting ready in front of my iphone camera.

I would say a prayer of protection, asking God and my spirit team to protect me.

And then work at getting deeper into trance state, experiencing the energies getting stronger and stronger, myself entering into deeper and deeper trance states.

Then, training myself to let go and let the spirit take over, so they could speak through me.
