Channeling Metatron

If you want to see God.

Look at the Universe.

There are many who study the Universe and found God, the Infinite Creator

Why is that?

Because the nature of God is in everything.

When you look up at the heavens,

He is there.

When you look at the Universe, he is there.

When you look within your heart, he is there.

He is in everything and he is everything.

There is nothing that is created that is not him.

Within that framework, you know he is that oneness.

that you are all one in him.

That there is no separation.

The duality exists only in your human mind.

In your human thinking.

Surpass that, bypass that.

And you experience God, the Infinite Creator in everything around you.

Suspend your thoughts,

Suspend your mind.

Go deep into yourself and you would find that he is everything.

Everything within you and everything outside of you.

He is this immense force within you.

This Divine Spark within you.

This Divine Fire within you.

Lit it.

Lit that fire.

And let it take you along on this path to him, the Infinite Creator.

Suffering, lesson of a soul

 I was expecting some kind of dark night of the soul.

Something of the spirit.

But it was of the body.

I was expecting it in the near future.

Not the day after I shared my dream on expecting some dark night of the soul,

to eradicate some deep seated pride.

I started feeling sick late Friday afternoon.

And became very sick with indigestion.

I thought it was food poisoning.

My heart started palpitating, adding to the discomfort.

I lay in bed for six hours, praying and engaging in healing breathing.

It eased after I calmed my body down somewhat but I was still feeling sick and nauseous.

And then I ejected out the cause of my suffering,  contents of the  indigestion.

And instantly felt better.

The fact I was able to eject out the indigestion was a miracle in itself.

It is an act I am seldom able to do.

Ejecting the cause of suffering, that is a good term.



I rested the following day,

my gastric, traumatized, did not want any food.

I forced myself to eat two eggs and a pear.



I woke up today, with my spirit nicely subdued and quiet.

The deep spiritual pride my dream told me about,

worked on by physical illness.

Why would it have an effect, I do not know.

I imagine a mental struggle with darkness and the like,

that saints endured.

And it was a sick gastric.



I am feeling centered and humbled.

My entire being brought back to reality.

My thoughts are never clearer, my insides never more clear.

And from that depth, my impish side emerged.

The playful side of my spirit of joy.

I started laughing again.



I believe sicknesses have a way of grounding us.

I did accept the sickness and move with it.



God, I like to ask, why sufferings?

I do not like sufferings.

Why then are sufferings such effective tools.

In keeping me on my path to you?



If God were to talk to me, what would he say?

Think about the enormity of it.

It is on planet earth only that you are able to suffer this way.

That is why many souls elect to come on planet earth.



Does suffering not make you feel more alive,

Once it is over?

You look back on dark periods of your life.

And it is never as bad as when you were in it.



It does bring you to the core of your being.

Reminding you, you are human.

It does have the effect of reminding you,

You are more than this body.

You are more than this planet earth.

You are spirit, taking on a human body.

You are not the totality of this human body.

In suffering, your soul is brought back to that reality.



And back to the spirit world you will return.

You will return to me and be one with me again.

All these sojourns will leave an indelible mark in you.

How you live your life on planet earth,

What you become.

What you choose to be.

Will all be recorded for all eternity.

It marks you as you are.

Distinctly you.

Merged back with me, you would still be you.

Distinctly you.

Dream of turkey

I dreamed it was after Thanksgiving.

And I went to Costco,

Looking to buy turkey on sale.

I searched and searched and could not find any.

I came across meat not frozen,

and already thawed with hot air.

Why hot air when it should be cold ?

I rejected it, that meat would not keep.

I looked and looked and still I could not find the turkeys.

I woke up and asked myself.

Do I want the turkeys?

And found it is a no, I do not like to eat meat.

First, it was my body who told me a few years ago 

that it does not like to eat meat.

Pork tastes like leather.

Beef is not food, it is not edible.

But fresh vegetable and fruits,

These are food.

Then I learned, for channelers,

It is best to go meatless.

Meat comes from suffering.

The animals suffer to provide us with that meat.

The energy left by their sufferings are in the meat we consume.

As a result, it is heavy energy.

I followed it for a while and then found it easier to eat some meat for the protein.

And resisted going meatless.

But with this dream, I am no longer resisting it.

No longer resisting, I wondered why I resisted it so much in the first place.

Spirit has a way of letting us be when we resist something.

And when the time is ripe, they step in.

We get the message and move with it.

That has been my experience with the spirit world.

Saints, sages and sufferings

 When I look at lifestories of Catholic saints,

What do I see most?

What is most emphasized?

That they suffer so much.

Oh, how they suffer but with such joy and peace.

They have that also, joy and bliss.

But the sufferings, are much elaborated on.

I look at stories told of Indian mystics,

And what do I see?

Joy, bliss, lost in the Divine in Samadhi.

It reveals the differences in perception.

I moved from the cult of sufferings.

Having being bought into it 

By reason the teachings and inculcation.

Sufferings are good lessons to learn.

Suffering is the best teacher,

However, when it becomes so paramount.

It becomes a tool.

When you perceive a tool to be so good.

Would you let it go?

No, you hold onto it.

Holding onto the suffering like pure gold.

This is Dark Night of the Soul,

It will lead me to Union with God.

When it might very well not be.

And just a bad patch we are able to work on.

Sufferings as goods.

Suffering hold before our eyes as goods.

We would be able to skip purgatory.

Or at least suffer a lesser purgatory.

And so a dear one of mine held onto the sufferings.

God, Jesus wants me to suffer, she intoned.

Not taking anything to help with the intense sufferings

Of terminal sickness.

I would not take that route.

I would use all means available to lessen physical sufferings.

What is enlightenment but wisdom and knowledge

as we walk our path to God, to the Oneness.

Our own path, our own native path.

And that is my life right now.

Walking my own path to God.

Taking from here and there,

All helps and props as I make my journey.

Regardless of the sources they come from,

Taoism, Buddhism, Indian mystics, 

or Philosophers and physicists.

We all study the same thing, God, Universe.

We all move toward the same, God, Universe.

Dark night of the soul

I dreamed I was meeting with a spiritual master.

I saw I have deep seated pride.

It is the type of pride at so deep a level,

One is not aware of it.

Becoming aware with one of those fast flashes of insight,

A quick flash and it was gone.

I saw it would be very hard to eradicate that pride.

And not something I am able to do myself.

It is a more refined process of purification of the soul.

Beyond my ability to fix it.

For how can one fix what one does not see.

A quick flash and it receded into the shadows.

It likely mean going through something like a dark night of the soul.

I woke up, a bit dismayed.

But at the same time not surprised.

And receive it as a message from spirit.

It is as though they are giving me a heads up.

Preparing me for the work ahead.

They do that, prepare me with warnings.

Often in dreams.

I will accept whatever comes.

And no, I will not anticipate thereby creating.

I will move with the flow of the spirit.

The God in me

There I was, getting ready to channel. More and more, I want to trance channel. I could feel the energy building up. It was a newer energy, it is very strong on upper part of my head. I wondered if it is Jesus or Yogananda. Finally, I said a prayer of protection and asked it to come through. 

Much to my thrill, I was channeling Source. It spoke with authority. 

Later, as I dwelled on it and wondered about it, I realized it was likely my higher self, channeling the God in me. How did I come about the "God in me ?" I was praying for my lung to clear one day when I heard an inner voice asking me, "Do you believe in the God in you?" I responded yes. I knew what it meant. Having done Ramana Maharshi's self inquiry several times, one day, as I was doing it, I saw my real self energy. As it emerged, my ego self slowly faded away. I knew then I was experiencing my real self or what I called my SpiritSelf.

Help me, SpiritSelf to go into this, my SpiritSelf being my Godself.

When you entered the world, you started out with a clean slate, albeit with experiences from other lives, on planet earth or other planets. But with the veil of forgetfulness you do not remember any of it. Hence, for children with thin veil, they often remember part of their past lives till they grew older and memories fade.

Then come the process of growing up, family life, religion, culture all strived to form and shape you a certain way. Most of you grow up without much adherence to me unless or until something happens to trigger a need for me. Then you seek me.

To truly attain to me, you have to walk the path of mystics and sages, the path of St. John of the Cross. All the influences have dulled your spirit sense to where you do not really perceive me or are able to perceve. Put some effort and you will perceived me. Like this channeler, after four years of meditation, my energy was able to emerge. My consciousness took her over and she experienced me.

You are all able to do it. Call out to me, all the while, clearing the dross in your soul and when it is sufficiently clear enough, you will experience me. For I am not outside of you, I am not in heaven, sitting on a throne,. I am in you, in everything around you.

Do you not know, I am this immense consciousness. See it like a magician globe and you are all contained within this immense energy, consciousness. They are the same, just different terms to be used in conjunction with each other. As a result, I am in you, outside of you, everywhere.

God, if you are so immense, how can you be a personal God? Do you not say, with God all things is possible. I did not create you outside of myself. Creation came into being from my Being. Hence you have that Beingness from me. Hence you are me, a part of me. On this other side, I would be God as they experience it. But on planet earth, with humankind, I am this god within all of you. As a result, I am this God your human mind are able to comprehend when you bypass all that humanness and operate from your spirit. Which is why those who strive to experience me goes into meditation, into trance state and the like. But experiencing me or not, I am still within you, as your real self, your SpiritSelf.

Look at it this way. Your higher self is you. Your higher self is on a level where it knows God. Hence your higher self knows God, is part of God. As a result you are part of God. But operating from human self, that is lost in you. It is when you awaken that you become aware of this God in you.

The subconscious mind

My spirit team, you told me thoughts are powerful.

Thoughts are things so be careful of my thoughts.

I had learned it is possible to fool the mind.

Tell the mind lies and over a period of time,

one starts to believe the lies.

Hence positive thinking works.

Tell my mind, I am not nervous, and I am less nervous.

Tell my mind, I cannot handle this, I am out of control.

And I would not be able to handle it.

Tell my mind reassuringly, you are fine, you are fine,

and I do feel better.

My spirit team, what is operating from the subconscious mind?

Within the subconscious mind is innate wisdom.

The wisdom you do not know you have.

Wisdom, you are often unaware of possessing.

Remember that incident where before the event happened,

your subconscious mind alerted you to it?

Drew your attention to it?

Your subconscious was surfacing and showing you something

before the real event unfolded.

That was when you realized even before your conscious is aware of something,

your subconscious mind already knew it.

The unknown nebulous element is sharper than your conscious mind.

This is your spirit mind.

It comes with you when you were born.

Unlike your conscious mind which you develop over time.

accumulating knowledge from things learned and experienced.

This subconscious mind holds knowledge from your past existences,

on planet earth or other planets.

When you move your conscious mind in meditation,

Moving aside, you allow your subconscious mind through.

That is when you are able to access this wealth of innate knowledge within you.

It is your soul's knowledge.

You are aware you have natural wisdom, not gained from formal studies

because you do not have very much formal education.

At the same time, your wisdom exceeds those with far more formal studies than you.

You term it natural wisdom.

It is this innate wisdom you are accessing.

Your soul's mind telling you things, teaching you things.

Now, further on in your spiritual journey.

Your soul's mind and wisdom are even more acute.

You are aware of it, whenever we teach you things.

Show you things or tell you things.

It is as though such knowledge is just there.

You do not know how you know, you just know.

The gift of claircognizance.

It is knowing with the heart.

Work on that more, refine that ability.

Use your heart to think.

It is akin to using your emotion, feelers to think.

How do you think your mind works?

From the brain alone?

No, your mind works with all sensory abilities of your body.

You touch something, your touch sends signals to the brain.

Which is why the blind are able to see with their fingers.

You smell something and images are sent to your brain.

When you employ your heart, from the sensation,

you can sense knowledge, true from false and the like.

With your heart, you are able to sense if something is right for you or not.

How do you do it?

Just retire to a quiet place, empty the mind.

Then let that thought in and watch the reaction.

The question could be, is this channel good for me?

Empty your mind as you ask that question.

And feel the answer from your heart.

A feeling of unease and the answer is no.

A feeling where your energies focus and go deeper,

and the answer is yes.

A feeling your energy disperses and the answer is no.

Do you not feel it?

When you worry over something.

You look inside and the energy disperses.

And you know, that matter at hand has no leg to stand on.

There is nothing there to worry about

and that message was always on and accurate.

Awareness, listening, hearing everything within and without you.

That is why silence is so beneficial.

Eliminate all noise and thoughts,

and you are now able to access your soul's mind.

You may believe your soul's mind resides in your brain.

No, it resides within your heart.

That something within, that feeling within,

That gut feeling telling you things.

Helping you to sense things.

That is your soul's mind and it resides in your heart.

Not the physical heart but the heart within you,

Which is the core within you, your spirit.

Staying grounded

 Stay grounded in your inner truths,

like a tree old with age,

old and wise, its roots holding it firmly on the ground.

Strong wind might sway its leaves, branches.

It remains firmly rooted.

I admit, oh my God, that recently,

my roots were not so firmly set.

A well intentioned being of good intent,

started suggesting I do this, I do that.

In her eyes, it is a must for me

to spread my branches wide,

learning, learning different disciplines,

different things of different fields.

I do learn things deep, beyond human comprehension.

The world of God, mystics and the like.

I told her, I like to keep my life very simple,

so no, thank you.

We finally parted ways, 

but not before I felt a bit bruised.

My faith in myself, a bit shaken.

My higher self : could you tell me something about it?

Did we not tell you to put joy in your heart?

Put joy there, let it stay, let it seep all through you.

Let this bliss joy of the Divine cleanse you through and through.

See it sweeping through you.

Sweeping all negativity out.

You did well to move away.

You wanted to stay friends, happy to stay friends.

But that negativity drove you away.

That dark thick cloud of negativity.

You knew it, you sensed it and then you knew,

The cut has to be final and clean.

A clear clean cut.

So why do you continue to torment yourself?

You did what you had to do.

Take this as a learning lesson.

There will be more of such nature.

It is inevitable when you get on this path.

And those able to see, see your light.

Some would extol it, some relish it.

Some want to bask in it.

But there will always be some

who prefers to dim it a little

so it would not shine so bright.

They do not shine so bright,

hence they would rather you do not shine so bright.

Hence, putting on the guise of a helper, a friend,

they come and doused you with water

striving to put out that light.

Or strive to drop a heavy blanket of negativity on you,

smothering out all light.

Would they succeed? No.

Their efforts acting as purification,

would only serve to make your light shine brighter.

Like gold after passing through the crucible.

So let the light of joy and bliss,

sweep through you.

There are those who talk about cutting of cords.

Here we are teaching you something new.

A new set of weapons we just revealed to you.

Joy and love, these two are effective weapons beyond par.

Weld them, let them sweep through you,

sweeping away everything negative in its path.

You could call on God, on your Infinite Creator,

on your higher self, Archangels or us.

Or Archangel Michael and asked us to help you

with this clean sweep.

Now sit back and perform this act.

Thoughts are things, thoughts are powerful.

Intentions are powerful.

Use them and perform this act.

Feel the bliss of joy filling you up,

clearing everything in you until you are filled only,

with the Light, Love and Bliss of the almighty.

It is very powerful.

It is potent.

A vision

 I woke up at three in the morning,

and as I am wont to do.

I lay in bed and connect with Source, and my spirit team.

As I lay there, in meditative mode, 

I saw myself at a public square.

With people hurling abuse at me.

For perceived unkindness to another.

It is not me, I did not start it....

They get the wrong end of things....

My mind wanted to explain,

to expose the truth yet did not know how to.

It felt so unfair, it seemed so unfair. It is so unfair.

Penalized for actions they drew wrong conclusions on.

I became aware, what I thought known to an isolated few,

I had confided in had become public knowledge.

I was shunned, ostracized.

Just as I was feeling the hurt,

I saw an inner light within my soul.

It was a fire of joy.

It was not just a small candle wick of fire.

It was a fire made of several squares put together.

Burning brightly.

As I saw it, as I felt it, I understood the joy of saints.

Whenever they are persecuted, they respond with joy.

It was not easy, it had to be so painful,

but they were impervious to the pain.

For within their hearts burn that love for God.

Their passion, their only desire is God.

I remember channeling Jesus,

and Jesus told me yes, I could channel him.

And spread his messages.

He told me I could be persecuted for it.

And added, so did his saints, his apostles,

who suffered martyrdom for it.

The above was like a vision.

A vision preparing me for what is coming ahead?

Reminding me not to be afraid.

The fire of love in my heart for God/Infinite Creator will protect me.

Divine Spark

"We are gods," a friend threw that at me years ago.

I ignored it till I read the book, Ra Material, the Law of one.

And found it there.

This was re enforced by Indian mystics.

And further re enforced by some philosophers and physicists.

That, added to my experience of God,

Made that line a reality though not in that complete sense.

We are creation of the Infinite Creator.

This means we have his divine nature,

The Divine Spark in us.

Our physical self clouded all that from us.

When we awaken,

We awaken to this Divinity in us.

And it is powerful.

Openness and transparency

It is all in the attitude.

Our bodies convey out attitude to the world also.

A gaze straight at the world portrays who and what we are.

If we are able to look straight into the camera, at the world.

It tells something about us.

I have never been afraid to tell the world who and what I am.

Somehow, that ability to dissimulate has never been one of my gifts.

Because of my openness, my mother held me to be naive and gullible,

And called me stupid under all the terms available,

She did it with love and fondness though it still left its scars.

And took me a lifetime to overcome that feeling of being less.

Then came helpful friends who tried to pound it into me,

Not to be so open or so obvious.

At this phase of my life, openness and transparency is a plus.

I stand in all honesty and transparency before God.

I am amongst those able to do it.

A humble and contrite heart, O Lord, thou wilst not spurn,

is a favorite phrase I repeat often.

Discernment of spirits

My spirit team, what is your message for me today?

When your soul is untidy.

When you look inside it, and it is untidy.

With noise and chaos.

Then know that it is not us.

We come in peace and with clarity of mind.

Inner disturbances, inner chaos are never us.

When that happens, go into inner silence.

Ground yourself and let the noise, chaos

melt into that silence.

Your rule is - not dwelling on the negative.

You do not dwell on the prince of darkness.

You eliminate them from your life.

You believe, as long as you live in the light,

darkness will not touch you.

That we have told you, we will protect you.

And we do protect you.

However, there are negativities in life.

It behooves you to be aware of them.

Insights that come with a flair of drama,

That is not us.

We come in peace and with peace.

That is how you discern messages,

whether they are from us, Divine spirits,

from angels, archangels, or from negativity.

Chaos, negativity, disturbed mind,

all those are from negativity.

Agitation, the feeling of grandeur.

Of coming upon something big,

with that hint of drama in it.

All that comes from negative beings.

How do you protect?

With awareness.

When you see turbulent waters,

examined the turbulent waters.

Know it for what it is.

That awareness of spirit.

Where you are able to see clearly,

albeit in the dark.

That discernment.

Discernment of spirit.

That is very important and will save you.

Will help you in those moments,

when negative beings put thoughts into your mind.

St. John of the Cross had cautioned,

that devils can come in the guise of angels.

How do you discern that?

From the effects they leave,

noise, disturbances, unrest, turmoil,

Those are seeds of negative beings.

Do not fear.

You are safe.

You are safe in the palm of the Universe.

You have the Divine seed, Divine spark in you.

We will protect you.

We, your spirit team.

Humility, hallmark of Saints and sages

 "My destiny was to be born a simple man,

a commoner, a tradesman,

with little formal education."

Those words resonate with me.

As also Anandamayi Ma when she said,

"I am a very ordinary person."

Those words settle me in my depths.

Recently, someone told me, "You channel, that is a big thing."

My response was, what is so big about that?

Humility is truth.

That is why saints and sages are so humble.

They, better than any others, are well aware who and what they are.

And what they have, are from the Divine.

From the same source which all of us have.

My spirit team: could you tell us something about humility?

Humility, simplicity, those are trademarks of saints, and sages.

What is humility?

Humility is that knowing of one's true nature.

Humility is where there is no illusion about oneself.

When one knows oneself through and through.

For the very nature of humankind is,

not that you are born in sin as some are taught.

But that none of you are perfect.

As humankind, you are all subjected to emotions,

of anger, hate, jealousy, etc.

How they overcome them, is a trademark of saints, sages.

It is what keeps them in their center, in their inner knowing of themselves.

That it is not they who achieve it but the Divine in them.

The Divine is the driving force in them.

The Divine is a source in all of you.

It is your innate being.

However, born into planet earth with the veil of unknowing,

many are you who are not aware of this inner riches.

Many are you who live in poverty or dire poverty,

unaware of the existence of these inner riches.

By that we are not talking about material wealth.

The richest man in material wealth might be the one in dire poverty,

where their inner being is concerned.

Material gains and pursuit blind them to their true being.

Those with awareness of it are those with truest riches.

These inner riches often lay dormant,

unplumbed and unclaimed.

Until something triggered their awakening.

It could be something in nature.

One could be unaware, standing in the midst of nature.

When suddenly, something struck a core in them.

Nature came alive for them.

They found themselves viewing it like 3D,

able to see what is not there.

Able to see beyond what is there.

Such are moments of awakenings.

Or by life's ordeal.

Where in extreme darkness,

Where in the midst of hardship, sorrow, and despair,

They see the light.

Or by sensing the "something" beyond.

They have everything in life,

yet their souls are restless, craving for something.

For something they do not know what,

but know they are craving for.

This leads them to seek and find that higher source.

Which is outside of them and inside of them.

That Divine Source.

Once the Divine Source takes over,

as in the case of saints and sages,

they are powered by something within.

They know it, they feel it, they are fully aware of it.

That it is not them but that something in them.

Once the Divine Source takes over,

they are in truth.

They have reached that stage,

where nothing matters to them or is important to them,

but that source within.

Tell them they are great,

they would smile and thank you.

But such compliments mean little to them.

They have gone beyond such human caring.

Tell them you want to seek the beyond.

Now, that means something to them.

That is their life.

That is why they are humble.

Why humility is the hallmark of saints and sages.

Come across one who is not,

and you know they have not reached.

that stage of holiness.

Where their ego are dissolved into nothingness,

and only the Divine remains.

Saints and sages, talking with my spirit team

 The saints celebrate life.

They have that bliss in their soul.

It shows in their countenance.

They do not lament about what a drag life is.

How hard life is.

They accept life as it is.

It is because filling their being is a bigger thing.

Bigger than life, larger than life.

It is the eternal Being.

God, Infinite Creator, whatever name you call him/It.

You could attain the same.

It is not reserved for a few chosen elect one.

Everyone is privy to it.

Because it is your essence, it is your very soul.

It is you, you only have to go beyond your physical being,

to attain it.

It is within you.

It is bigger than your physical self.

Your physical self could not contain it.

My Spirit team, what is it then?

This eternal being that resides in me.

Which I am a part of.

This divinity is the Infinite Creator.

Bypass your physical self.

Bypass your outer senses.

Go within, withdraw within.

With you, in that deeper silence,

You will experience Him.

He is subtle.

His energy is so subtle.

To really experience Him.

You have to go into a semi-sleep state.

There, you would experience Him in his entirety.

That is what the saints, sages experience.

It often leaves them in a samadhi, ecstatic state.

The Divine have taken them over.

At its initial stages.

You would experience peace.

An inner knowing where you know,

You are not alone.

In that inner space, that inner void.

Is a Presence.

It is more real to you than anything else.

A presence you are able to sense, and to look at.

Little wonder contemplation has been described,

As an inner gaze of love on God.

You do not know how to describe it.

You just know you are able to look inside,

and see God.

It is this ability which enables you,

to live and operate always in this presence.

To live and operate with your inner eyes,

always in this Divine presence.

How do you attain it?

Meditation, inner silence.

Those two ingredients.

And effort, dedication.

It is hard only at the initial stages,

when you have to apply yourself to it.

Once you go past that stage.

And that inner something captivates you.

Then it becomes easier.

All you have to do then is let go.

And let it carry you on its tide.

Since it is you.

Since it is within you.

Since it is always there in you.

Since it exists even before you exist on this planet earth.

It is your deeper self.

It is your real self.

It is your eternal self.

It will never die.

It is indestructible.

Can energy die, be destroyed? No.

And you are that.

You are energy.

You are consciousness.

Hence as saints, sages reach that stage

Of inner realization, of self-realization.

They perceive the truth of their real self.

And saw only that SELF is real. Their eternal Self.

Everything else is an illusion.

The physical body, the table, chair you sit on.

They feel solid to you.

But they are not. They are particles of atoms.

Atoms itself is 99.9 % empty space.

So what does that make you?

What does that make your physical self?

An illusion.

But oh, this illusion is only too real.

You talk to me as though it is something so easy to grasp.

It is not.

I am buffeted by daily living.

By fears as I watch the changing tide.

Of this earth buffeted by natural upheavals.

Of mankind consumes with greed of power.

Of warring nations.

Of people warring against each other.

Of sicknesses, pain, suffering.

And you tell me all this is an illusion?

It is only too real for me.

That is why you are looking at saints, sages.

What do they possess?

Why are they thus?

It is real. It is not an illusion.

The joy, bliss that fill them,

emanating from them.

In turn, filling us with that bliss.

They are testament to the beauty within us.

To the bliss and eternal happiness within us.

That is why we look at them, look to them,

and emulate them.

Seeking seeking

The path of nadas of St. John of the Cross.

Nothing, nothing, nothing.

For a truth, there is a tendency to seek something.

Especially for those on this path of awakening.

Seeking this experience, that knowledge.

It is filling filling the soul with something.

Seeking seeking, always seeking.

It is a form of spiritual gratification.

Been there, done that.

One day a line came to me:

Expecting nothing, receiving everything.

Buddhism holds that attachment causes suffering.

It is so true.

Because where there is attachment, there is that seeking.

Not gaining anything, we suffer from the lack.

It makes me think about going into the desert of nothingness.

In that nothingness, we experience the fullness,

of experiencing the Divine.

My higher Self, what do you have to tell me today?

We sense that feeling of sadness in you.

Existential sadness.

It means no one is free from it.

However good a person's life is,

there is no escaping, avoiding that sadness.

It is part of your trial and lessons in life.

It is this existential sadness deep within.

that brings many to seek deeper awareness.

That makes you believe there is something higher.

How do you deal with it?

By accepting it, by making it your friend.

When you make it your friend, you accept it.

You do not ask why, you simply accept it,

as part and parcel of life.

As you have experience,

one can be sad and still have that inner joy.

A contradictory statement.

For how can one be sad and with joy at the same time?

It is possible because joy is not happiness.

Joy transcends happiness.

Happiness is a fleeting emotion.

You cannot hold onto it.

It comes, it takes you over.

You are happy and then all too soon,

that happiness passes and you are back

where you were before that happiness hit you.

We are talking about happiness brought on by the material world.

On the spiritual level.

What you experience is joy.

A long lasting joy.

A joy which nothing can take away.

Sadness, adversity, trials, tribulations,

you are able to retain that joy.

Why is that? You are asking as you write this.

And well may you ask.

For again, it is a contradictory statement

Joy once attained to,

is deeply embedded in the soul.

It is a state of being.

It is part of your Divine Nature.

You always have it.

It is like a treasure hidden from you.

Buried deep inside you.

Undiscovered, coming up now and again.

And remained again hidden from you

Until you experienced it in its totality.

And then like treasure uncovered.

Once you experience it,

it cannot be hidden again.

You will always be able to experience it,

in the midst of darkness, sadness, trials and tribulations.

What is this joy? You ask again.

It is a deep abiding joy.

To understand it, look at saints, sages, holy men, gurus.

They possess that joy.

It shines from their eyes, 

it shines from every pore of their being.

Their countenance is one of joy.

Their body posture relaxed and one of joy.

They have arrived at that joy,

at that Divinity which is in everyone of you.

It is when you are one with the Divinity within you,

that you experience the totality of this joy.

Hence joy is often a true gauge of the state of holiness in a person.

Humility and joy, they are the twin gauges.

Look to them, the saints, sages, holy men, gurus.

Learn from them examples of lives well lived.

What brought them there?

You will find it is always that divinity within,

imbued with that divinity within.

It is the seeking of the higher Self,

of the Divinity within.

Of that Divine nature you are imbued with.

That Divine nature that is part of you.

The Divine nature that is you.

Trance channeling

 It is not easy.

It takes me a long time.

First I meditate for an hour.

Then I invited the Collective in.

And waited for them to fully come in.

All this while my mind is empty.

i asked for a message for us.

And waited and waited.

It can take close to an hour sometimes.

Because I want it to be pure.

To be really from the Collective and not from me.

When the message came through, it was on Kindness and giving.

How appropriate for this holiday season of thanksgiving, joy and giving.

Tarot card deck as diving tool

I am not a tarot card reader.

Tried as I did, I could not go deeply into it.

However, I do use it as divining tool.

I could tell you your story from it the way psychics are able to.

I could read to you, your possible future,

With insights and foretelling.

What I am able to tell you is the yes and no.

The positive and negative aspect or outcome of things.

I heard about one of those markets of misfit fresh produce.

The list grabbed my attention, rambutans.

I have not eaten rambutans in years.

Do not go, my mind told me, the rambutans are likely no longer good.

But I wanted to go.

I asked my spirit team for guidance and pulled the cards 

I pulled the tower card and eight of swords.

Both are negative.

Tower could mean disarray and eight of swords,

a card that tells me I would feel hemmed in.

I decided to use the occasion and prove the cards to be accurate or not accurate.

I went.

The cards were accurate.

The fresh produce were all bad.

I salvaged very little from it.

I lost some money but learned a valuable lesson.

I will believe the cards from now on.

It is actually not the cards but my spirit team.

They told me if I turn to them for help,

they will help me pick the cards.

If I do not, they would leave me to my own devices.

I use the cards as a divining tool, the way some use divining rods or pendulum.

The tarot cards work best for me.

Voice of my mind

I used to say, my mind told me this and that.

And learned a few years ago that it was likely my spirit guide.

Last week, I could not find my passport.

I searched high and low and could not locate it.

I prayed to St. Anthony and asked my spirit guide to help me find my passport.

Did you not say you need to change your purse?

My mind asked.

Yes, but not right now.

Right now, I just want to find my passport.

I searched hard, continuing to ask my spirit guide to help me and could not find it.

Three hours later, I gave up.

Dejected, I slumped over a chair when my mind told me again.

Did you not say you need to change your purse?

I thought, since I am at a dead end, I might as well do that.

I moved to switch my purse to another one.

And found my passport in my handbag.

That was how my spirit guide helped me locate my passport.



I shared the above with a staunch Catholic.

Who does not believe in spirit guides.

She uses the term guardian angel instead.



Two days ago, she shared about hearing that voice.

She experienced the onset of tonsillitis.

And was ignoring it when her mind started in on her.

Do you not remember getting very sick with it?

You put off seeing the doctor until you had no voice to speak,

and were not able to eat without pain.

You told yourself next time you will not leave it so late.

And you are dismissing it again.

She heard the message and went to see a doctor.

Much intrigued, she told me about it.

How she heard the voice of her guardian angel counseling her.



I felt greatly gratified hearing it.

I did not think she would accept such sharings on my part.

Much less learning how to hear that inner voice.

A lesson in self-denial

I was hell bent on purchasing bulk amount of fruits.

What would I do with it?

I asked myself?

I cannot eat all that fruit.

But those are all the fruits I like.

After struggling with it for a while, I heard clearly,

"You do not have to give yourself everything you want."

I realized I do.

I go after almost everything I desire.

Most of them small and inconsequential.

Self-denial, I am not known to deny myself anything.

I did that as nun, went to the extreme in mortifying my taste.

After I left, I went to the other extreme.

No suffering and no self-denial.

Why self-denial?

The saints, the renunciates of Indian mystics know the value of that.

And this is my first lesson on not giving in to my every whims and desires.

It is coming to me now.

One of my personality flaws is just this.

Impulsiveness, rash actions and something else when I was younger,

capriciousness.

A no was never a no for me.

I would find ways to turn it into a yes.

This is a reminder to me, more is given, more is expected.

The path to God is not easy, 

However, the rewards are great, having God.

With every dark night, however small,

God is more experience and that is bliss.

The bliss, one would not exchange for anything in the world.

Practicing day to day oneness

You arrived earlier and waited in line.

The line formed behind you.

A latecomer came and with her cart indicated.

She was going to break queue.



Blood rushed to your head.

Your heart pounded.

Someone breaking queue is

something enough to make your blood boil.



Calm down, you tell yourself taking in deep breaths.

Were she to cut in front.

Just say, I am in no hurry.

I have all the time in the world.

Never mind the two dogs waiting at home.

The cause of most of your haste.

She obviously was in a big hurry,

and needed to cut the line.

Like those instances where we believe,

Everybody knows we are pressed for time.

And would make allowances.



The door opened.

The man beside you.

Whom you believed was going to break queue.

Though less obvious about it.

Hemmed her in.

Letting you move in first.

Though the lesson was not warranted.

It still was a good one to learn.

Ego and spiritual pride

I have been very wary of ego and spiritual pride.

Because these corrupt genuineness of spirit.

This morning, it came to me.

When one is deeper into the spiritual path.

When one is further on the spiritual path.

That danger ceases.



By its very nature,

When one is evolved spiritually,

Absorbed in God,

so also one becomes detached from the ego.

Ego becomes less consequential.

As also human adulation and affirmation.

The more God increases,

The more the soul decreases.

It is in the very nature of such spirituality.

Absorption in God

How do the Indian mystics stay so much with the Divine?

These live in their spirit.

They operate from their spirit self,

while most of you operate from your physical self.

Therein lies the difference.

That is why they teach the self inquiry practice.

This practice trains you to be with your spirit self.

and operate increasingly from your spirit self.

To do that, you do have to be a renunciate.

Not in extreme form like them but to some extent.

You have to detach, detach and detach.

Not by denial.

That does not work very well.

Simply by turning away, moving away from objects of desires.

A disengaging of the heart from everything in life.

With practice, it can be done.

Detach from people, things, deeds you perform.

Detaching is not - not caring or loving.

Detaching is disengaging your SELF, your ego.

It becomes a selfless love.

More pure and refined than the purest of gold.

It is loving like Divine Infinity loves you.

With that oneness.

Where everything is one, where there is no separation.

There are differences, we are all different yet one.

No separation, no duality.

Hunger, yearning for God

I can feel it, God pushing me up one level higher.

As happened in the past, I feel it yet a part of me resists it.

It is like the soul does not know how to respond to it.

Aware of it and suffering,

Because it does not know who respond to it.

It becomes a, "give me God or I die."

Yet it resists the pull.

Until the force is so strong, 

It would simply take over the soul.

My spirit team, why the resistance?

I have been experiencing this since yesterday.

It keeps me in a zombie state.

Immersed in God yet not totally.

So much inner emotion.

Heightened awareness, expectations.

I will go into inner silence.

Non-duality

My spirit team: Help me write this on non duality.

What is non duality?

Non duality, when did that term surfaced for me?

I was watching videos of Ramana Maharshi,

When I noticed videos of non duality surfacing.

Intrigued, I watched a few and saw the connection.

With the self inquiry of Ramana Maharishi,

The real self, the Atman is the Divine Self.

When Ramana Maharshi experienced this at the age of sixteen.

He remained immersed in his real self to the end of his life.

He had become one with the Divine.

There was no separation.

He was steeped in the Divine Being.

And that is non dualism.

When mystics attained to that experience of the Divine,

The same thing happened, there is no separation.

The mystic is lost in the Divine.

There are not two but one.

If you see creation as God creating an entity outside of himself,

Then there are two.

But God did not create outside of Himself.

From the Infinite Creator, we all come and take our Being.

Hence there is no separation.

There is no duality,

There is only that Oneness.

When a person stands in nature and loses himself/herself in nature.

There is no duality, there is only that oneness.

As they merge into the experience of nature.

When there is no duality, not two things,

When mankind are able to view itself as one,

One with all things and people,

Then there would not be any war.

War would be fighting oneself, 

Since I am you and you are me. Oneness

My spirit team, what do you have to tell me about non duality?

In that oneness of being,

Is the beauty of creation.

The infinite Creator say,

I am too big, I am too immense.

I am not able to see myself.

I am too close to myself.

I am myself.

I must split to experience myself.

Infinite Creator splits itself and creation happens.

It is immense, it is infinity Itself.

What does creation tell you?

That there is no duality,

There is only that oneness.

The big huge immense all encompassing oneness.

Hence you are Brahman.

You are God.

You are Divine.

You have the Divine nature in you.

It is not two but one, the Oneness.

Mari, my spiritual mate

 I often rest my head against hers.

And sniffed in her scent.

It is said, Chinese did not kiss.

They learned it from the west.

It is so true.

I take pleasure in taking in the scent of my love.

Not my loved ones.

Only of my love.

As I leaned into her.

I connected my heart chakra to hers.

And saw three hundred.

I did it often and did not even notice it.

Then it was six hundred.

That was when I noticed it.

Why those numbers.

I googled it.

Three hundred is divine love and support.

Six hundred is balance and harmony.

Three hundred is my love for her, divine in nature.

Six hundred is the balance and harmony she gives me.

She is precious, this little twelve pounder fox terrier and Chinese chrested mix.

I often look at her in wonder.

And told her she has to be a fairy, a pixie may be.

Or an angel, yes an angel.

Yet an angel she is not.

She is our boss.

Ginger's and mine.

On walks, she leads.

If I walk ahead of her, she stalls and stay rooted.

Where do you want to go? I ask her, letting her lead.

And she leads.

She decides where to go and how long the walks.

She is an angel in meditation.

I called out, meditation time,

She comes running and would stay with me hours on end.

While Ginger runs away, too boring for her.

My two doggos who make me a better person.

Spirit team's message to me

You want so much to be able to see visions and the like

Because you believe it is prerequisite for you

should you engage in readings as a service to others.



Do you know what is the most valuable?

It is the things of the spirit.

The archangels when they appear,

Do you believe they are being seen in their true form?

No, because they are beings of light.

They present themselves in images that are relatable.

They are beings of light.

As we are.



In the fifth density, we did have bodies,

Beings with big eyes, no hair.

Elongated head, broad at the top.

Our faces were more of an oval shape.

We were tall and slender.

Not clad in clothes.

But now we are beings of light.



Spirit, in spirit.

You are able to experience us not just in spirit

But in energy form,

As you ask us to take you over.

Our energy is very euphoric  and you love it.



What message do we have for you?

Two words, you are seeing two words.

In spirit and in truth.

That is us, spirit and truth.

We impart to you the spirit of wisdom and truth.

Truth as you see it.



You asked what is truth and answered it yourself.

Truth is the reality of things as they are.

You have aged in wisdom and truth,

Doubt no longer but believe

Do you not feel the spirit in you?

Bright and clear.

You are as you are.

A luminous being, of light and love.

We told you, when we see you.

That it is akin to looking at ourselves.

And we are very heartened by this.

Because if you are able to be this way.

Others of your kind are able to be also.

You are a light shining bright.

Do not hide it.

Be yourself, be as you are.

Light and Love of the Divine infinity.
