What I enjoy most is the spirit gift of mirth.
It is a joy arising from one's depth.
Out of nowhere, from nowhere and for no reason.
It simply comes bumbling up.
And one finds oneself laughing, giggling for no reason at all.
It feels so good, so exhilarating and upliftng.
It is a feeling of pure bliss and joy.
